Apply a base color let dry
Apply crackle medium, the thinner applied the thinner the cracks, heavy application large cracks.
Allow to dry
Apply a contrasting color on top of the medium laying it on but do not continuously brush over the medium.
Allow to dry, the cracks will appear as the paint dries.
